Endemicity unfortunately may show epidemic wave at any time under predisposing adverse circumstances, in this case includes and not limited to prolonged exposure to the support and smooth talking. This current epidemic wave is characterized by increased number of inner foolish grinning resembling that of a retarded puppy that are significantly more than the common pattern of fling during the course of this disease.
Patient also reports occasions of unsuppressed grins and blatant remarks to her surrounding people; a symptom that has never before manifest during this entire two years of chronicity.
This new occurrence has raised the awareness of the society to the health status of the patient, thus the need for rigorous intervention to shorten the course of the disease and working towards elimination of the entire fling.
Treatment
Suggested treatments include cleansing of the soul by upping the level of mutabaah amal to eliminate foci thus preventing reactivation of the disease. Booster doses of tazkirah are recommended to be given as much as possible without inducing emesis at a daily interval to maintain a satisfactory protective level of immunity. The patient is also advised to immerse her timetable with activities unrelated to the agent, serving as a distraction.
If the chronicity persists in spite of the undertaken treatment plan through a recommended course of forty days, the consulting team has already permitted for a heart transplant and the patient will undergo the surgery immediately.
There is another option to facilitate the development of fling into a much serious stage that requires tertiary care from a middle party. However, observational study suggests that complications may arise particularly from the patient's conflict of interest (that is primarily her contacts' concern) and her refusal to make certain of the mutuality factor.
