I would have turned to random people passing in between the bookshelves for suggestions, but most of them were tweens hogging the Teenage Fiction sections behind me overfilling with Vampire Diaries, belch. Wished I had any wise man with me then.
So that's when I called my dad, haha.
Spending the afternoon at the local Popular wasn't as fun as expected. I wish for a bigger bookstore, possibly as tall-storey as the Waterstones in Piccadilly Circus, London.
I then squatted in front of the seemingly un-updated Magazine section, looking for a copy of Newsweek and Times, impervious to the man standing on my right nor the lady passing behind me on her nice heels, talking on the phone that she "will just fall asleep if I come home now." (owh eavesdropping!)
The danger of Magazine section, apart from covers of overexposed pretty ladies is my old flame Kreko. It was evil, RM6.00 for four copies of April 2010 edition. Insanely cheap and I see Soul Eater in one of its cover.
Hands itching for it... they're calling for me!
Today's haul includes a copy of Robert Mayer, two of Charles Dickens (Great Expectations and A Tale of Two Cities) and a scientific calculator for my brother. The mag? It was a disappointment, the latest issue they have was dated 31st January 2011.

Well I bought my Nike running shoes (from running away from deemed problems to running out of the country haha) on the spur yet here I am, proud to wear it regardless of what dress code I'm in. I have great taste, I know

p/s: Apparently Kyros Kebab KB Mall outlet was replaced by Admiral England. And as I am writing this, I remembered last summer I refused to dine there because of the abundance of kebabs in Egypt, yet here I was looking for it, haha.
