Time is life. Once taken, forever lost. There is no giving it back.
Be respectful of people and don't just assume that hour was allocated specially for you. Don't assume the one hour was well-spent, do not ever do things at people's expense.

anyway next day i cleared things off with him and yes he seemed genuinely grateful and no don't start negative thinking though you have a ball now to kick around kicking walls at 12am is going to rile up waves of problem.
