I always wonder if I did not look like a doctor but then again I still wear the same casual outfit

I was walking along the Staff Only Route when an Edgenta staff called out to me. He thought I was sesat so I silently showed my ID while we entered the elevator. 

Staff: Oh staff. Tak nampak ID tadi. HO ke? Atau pharmacist? 

My outfit today was a beige patterned tudung, black cardigan hiding a white tshirt, black hiking sandal, black hiking pants. I wondered if I did not look like a doctor. 

Me: Saya MO. 

Staff: Ohh. Baru ke dekat sini? 

Me: Ya baru 3 bulan. 

Staff: Ramai ya MO baru2. 

I felt the need to assert my dominance. 

Me: Sebab saya sambung belajar. Jadi pindah2 hospital. Ni hospital saya yang ke 5. 

Staff: Ooh. Medical ke?

Me: Surgery.

Elevator stopped at his floor so I eagerly: Bye2.
